MELODY OF THE SEA
Book written and illustrated by me.
Little educational book for children written and illustrated during my undergraduate degree. Through a short and simple story it speaks about an important contemporary problem of a pollution and animals in danger.
The book is about little girl who finds a turtle tangled in a pile of rubbish on a Bech. She decides to save him. Together with her dad they cross the sea to find turtle’s home. On the way back ,with local community, they clean the beach to make sure that no other animal could be in danger again.
All the illustrations have been drawn on paper and painted using watercolour paints. Later edited and incorporated into a book layout in Adobe Suite package softwares.
